Return Policy

1. 7-Day Return for Any Reason

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item if you change your mind or are unsatisfied for any reason.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused and unworn
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided
  • Kindly share the reason for your return

Please ensure that the item is well-protected and kept in a condition that does not affect resale.

2. Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at service@thevispana.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include the following in your email:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the item

Once confirmed, we will cover all costs associated with the return or replacement.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at service@thevispana.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important:

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Exchanges under Warranty

Your Vispana sunglasses come with a 1 year quality warranty from the date of delivery.
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired product to ensure faster processing. You may also choose to do this simultaneously.

5. EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return under this right, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received, unused and unworn
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at service@thevispana.com with your order information for assistance.
